I’ve been painting murals since 1997. I specialize in adding bold, eye-catching visual impact to both interior and exterior spaces. I’ve created murals for businesses, schools, and residential properties, and I also have experience in mural restoration.

Washington Square Scramble Mural

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN

Completed in August of 2025, this mural was the first of it's kind in our area. My mural design was selected for the Edison Neighborhood Association's Washington Square Scramble Mural which was painted on the street's crosswalk in the heart of Edison. For this project I was the mural designer and assisted in the painting. This was a community paint project, where citizens came together and all contributed to putting in the colors. The final outlining was done by project manager Patrick Hershberger. Designs for the mural were submitted to the ENA and voted on by a committee of local business owners and city officials.

Gobles Veterinary Clinic

GOBLES, MICHIGAN

This mural was designed and painted in 2024 for the brand new Gobles Veterinary Clinic. The whimsical nature and color palette are a warm welcome to patrons and their pets as they enter the building into the main waiting room area. My assistant artist for this project was Elena Phillips.

Epic Center Building

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN

In 2025 was selected as the winning artist for two murals on the Epic Center Building in downtown Kalamazoo. The first mural is a single panel measuring 33.6 x 8.5ft. The second is a series of 4 panels that wrap around a window on the end of the building measuring 15 x 16.25ft. These were digital murals, which were printed on vinyl and installed onto the building in September of 2025.

Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN

I was hired to undertake mural restoration on the massive murals at The Air Zoo in Kalamazoo, MI. After 20 years of visitors and traffic the mural was in need of some TLC and touch-ups. Originally painted by aviation artist Rick Herter in 2004, this incredible mural measures 32′ high by 900′ long and spans 29,000 square feet and depicts the history of flight. There is also an additional kids playroom area consisting of additional murals including mythology and more.

My restoration mural painting began in 2023 and is currently still in progress.

Paw Paw Brewing Company

PAW PAW, MICHIGAN

I designed and painted this large outdoor mural for Paw Paw Brewing Company in 2020. It spans the exterior of their building and serves as a history to both their business and the building. The client also wanted the name very large so that it can be seen from the road (since their location is set back off the main street).

I designed and painted this fun biomorphic corporate mural in the conference room for Kalamazoo Start-Up Center in 2024. They wanted to utilize their company colors in a lively and energetic way.

Edison Mini Mural Installation

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN

This fun 4x8' “Art Seed” mini mural hangs in the Edison neighborhood on the corner of Washington and Portage St. It was created as part of a group project implemented by the Edison Neighborhood Association’s Spring Show for 2025: "Together WE Turn the Tides of Chaos.”

Horse Statue

This was a unique and fun project! I was commissioned to paint this concrete horse statue to match a specific palomino horse that the client had owned.
